At Artful Healing, we provide therapeutic art services for individuals and groups. We offer online and in-person sessions to help people practice self care through creativity. Practicing creativity delivers benefits for mental health and overall wellbeing. It can help relieve depression and anxiety, process trauma and grief, manage stress, explore complicated emotions and more.
Therapeutic art is an effective way to deal with the chaos of our everyday lives and to help us during times of crisis, sadness, overwhelm, loneliness and more. We’re here to help.

Semi-private sessions

Private sessions
Join one of our groups, or create your own. A creative practice with others builds a community of healing.
Group sessions are 60 minutes long. You can choose 4, 6 or 8 sessions each month for one price, or individual group sessions. We offer three packages for group sessions.
Group sessions include: facilitated deep breathing, prompts, time for making and group sharing for those who want to share.
Semi-private sessions are for 2-4 individuals per session.
Best for those who prefer a smaller setting or group size, or who prefer to create with people they know.
Sessions are 60 minutes long, once a week.
Sessions include: facilitated deep breathing, prompts, time for making and discussion.
Private sessions allow you to work individually with the therapeutic art practitioner.
Sessions are 60 minutes long and are tailored to your specific needs.
